"Know what you have to do and do it." - John Ruskin
About this blog:
Architecture, unlike venture capital, is a passion of mine. I never studied or practiced it but always felt drawn to it. Some people find peace in music, others in art; I find mine in buildings. This blog attempts to merge my passion with my profession to make both more enjoyable.
Thanks for reading.
About me:
In the summer of 1999, I landed my first “job” ever...at, of all places, a tech startup. From the sidelines, I witnessed the birth of a company in a garage, its rapid rise through the boardroom windows, and its abrupt demise at home when the dot com bubble burst. This unlikely tragedy led me to choose law over business and unknowingly avoid my calling for ten years. Life then nudged me back on track when I co-founded my first company, couldn't figure out how to scale it, and ended up doing venture capital instead, where I found my profession and the most human of crafts.
